Ranch Potato Salad  Receipe

Ingredients : 2 lbs small new yukon gold potatoes, cut into 11/2 inches cubes.

1 Tsp sea salt.

8 Hard boiled eggs, sliced.

Step 1 : Add potatoes  & sea salt to a large saucepan & fill it with enough Water to cover the potatoes.

Step 2 : Bring to a rapid boil, then reduce the heat to LOW, & simmer uncovered for 5-10 min.

Step 3 :A fork should pierce easily,  don't overcook or else you'll just have mush.

Step 4 : Drain & allow  potatoes  to fully cool.

Step 5 : Prepare the dressing by  combining all dressing ingredient in a large bowl.

Step 6 : Whisk dressing really well  then add in your cooked & cooled potatoes, & toss gently to coat, sliced eggs, & gently combine.
